What Is Your Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Can I Return An Item For Store Credit?

At this time we only offer returns (for refund) on items purchased through ElevatedCraft.com. We do not offer store credit.

I Would Like To Make An Exchange. How Do I Do That?

Reach out to us to discuss how you can request an exchange. If there's a price difference between the items you are exchanging, we'll either refund the original form of payment or invoice you.
