Express & Expedited Shipping OptionsUpdated 10 months ago

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). 

Choosing an Express or Expedited shipping option does not guarantee delivery in 2 business days. It does, however, mean that your order is being processed as 'high priority' and you will receive via the fastest shipping method we can offer.

Orders ship from our fulfillment center in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.

Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. Weather delays and other shipping congestion issues with carriers such as FedEx, DHL and USPS may also impact the delivery time.

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse facility we cannot cancel the order or offer a refund if the delivery is delayed for reasons out of our control (weather, natural disasters, zombie apocalypses, etc...). 

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
