If you backed the Hybrid Pint Glass on Kickstarter and have not received your order, please check your emails (including spam/junk folders) for communication from PledgeManager asking you to complete a backer survey and to settle up for shipping & handling fees. Completing this survey is essential to receive your pledged items. 

You can go directly to this PledgeManager page and put in the email address you entered as part of the Kickstarter as a New Supporter and it should help you setup your account and link to your survey.
