Because engraved items are custom-made just for you, they are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We recommend double-checking your customization details before placing your order, as we aren’t able to make changes once production begins.

If a custom engraved item arrives damaged, please contact us upon receipt, providing photographs of the damage so we can work with you to make it right.
