Most custom orders ship within 1–3 weeks from when the invoice is paid in full. Production may take longer during peak seasons, such as the holidays.

Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information. All custom engraved orders ship from our headquarters in Arizona.

Please note that custom engraved items are final sale and aren't eligible for returns or exchanges.
