We can normally ship custom orders 1-2 weeks from when the invoice is paid - depending on demand, but may experience a longer processing time during peak seasons. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. All custom engraved products will ship from our Scottsdale, AZ Headquarters.
