How can I edit my shipping address?Updated 8 days ago
Once you have placed your order, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center to be processed and shipped out. Because of this - more likely than not - we will not be able to make changes to your shipping address.
While our Fulfillment Center is always busy processing orders to keep things moving as efficiently as possible, we are more than happy to check if we can make updates to your shipping address - however, it will depend on the status of your order:
- If your order has not been processed for shipment: we will update the shipping address as you have requested.
- If your order is already being processed for shipment: we will not be able to update your shipping address. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once the shipment has been processed. At this point your best bet would be to reach out to the carrier (with your tracking number handy) to see what options they may have available for you (such as asking them to hold the order for you to pick up).
When inquiring about the possibility to update the shipping address, it is important to provide all details in your initial inquiry:
Full Name (First/Last)
Address Line 1 (Number, Street)
Address Line 2 (Apartment #, Suite #, Etc.)
City, State, ZIP/Postal Code
Country
