How do I make changes to my shipment?Updated a day ago
Once an order has been transmitted to our fulfillment center, we are unable to adjust the shipping address. Orders are only able to be changed or cancelled in a small window directly after they have been placed, so make sure you reach out immediately. In limited cases, we may be able to make changes to an order prior to it being shipped.
If you need to make an update, please reach out to us ASAP for available options.
Once a package is shipped or in the final stage of fulfillment, we are not able to make any changes to the order. This includes the delivery method and updates to the shipping address.
Here are your next steps if it cannot be adjusted:
- Attempt to receive the package from the current shipping address.
- If the order is returned to our warehouse, we can then re-ship it to the correct address.
- If neither of the above steps are successful, please reach out to us and we will look into the situation further and work with you to help resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
