How do I make changes to my shipment?Updated 7 days ago
Once an order has been transmitted to our fulfillment center, we are unable to make any changes to the order. This includes (but is not limited to) changing the shipping method, updating the shipping address, or adding/removing items from the order.
If you need to make an update, please reach out to us ASAP (providing details of the updates you would like to make) to see if updates are still even possible.
Our team will check the status of your order:
- If your order is not being prepared for shipment, we will attempt to put your order on "hold" from being fulfilled to make the requested updates (Please keep in mind that this will delay your order from being processed & shipped out).
- If your order is already being prepared for shipment, we will NOT be able to make any updates. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once the shipment is processed.
Here are your next steps if the shipping address cannot be adjusted:
- Attempt to receive the package from the current shipping address either yourself or with any contacts you know at or near that address to work out how to get your order to your current address.
- Reach out to the carrier and see if they can hold the package for local pickup (we are unable to do this on your behalf).
- If the order is undeliverable and the carrier returns the order to our warehouse, we can then re-ship it to an updated address.
