Where is my order shipping from?
Most orders ship from our Fulfillment Center in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area. Special orders (such as custom engraved orders) ship from our HQ in sunny Phoenix, AZ.

Do you ship to APO, FPO, Or PO Boxes?
Yes, we offer USPS Shipping to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes. Please select standard shipping at checkout as our expedited methods of shipping do not offer delivery to these types of addresses.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, please contact us so we can verify your address and arrange for a replacement order if so desired.
My order shipped to the wrong address!
If your order is shipped and delivered to an address you did not mean to ship to, here are some suggestions for next steps.
Do you ship orders on weekends?
Orders are processed & packaged Monday through Saturday and our carriers pick up orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Click here to learn more.
Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to update the listed shipping address.
Refusing a delivery
The costs of shipping your order, the cost of shipping your order back to us, and any duties/taxes paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for US orders $95 and up after discounts and before tax.

Can I upgrade my shipping after placing an order?
No; We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the selected shipping method.
I'm going on vacation. Can I have my order shipped to a hotel or resort?

Can I pick up my Elevated Craft order in person?
No, at this time we only ship orders directly to your door. We do not have local pick up options available.
