How fast are orders processed?

Where is my order shipping from?
Most orders ship from our Fulfillment Center in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area. Special orders (such as custom engraved orders) ship from our HQ in Scottsdale, AZ.

Do you ship to APO, FPO, Or PO Boxes?
Yes, we offer USPS Shipping to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes. Please select standard shipping at checkout as our expedited methods of shipping do not offer delivery to these types of addresses.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, please contact us so we can verify your address and arrange for a replacement order if so desired.
Refusing a delivery
The costs of shipping your order, the cost of shipping your order back to us, and any duties/taxes paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for US orders $95 and up after discounts and before tax.
Do you ship orders on weekends?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you place an order on Friday afternoon, there is a good chance it will not be shipped until the following week.
I'm going on vacation. Can I have my order shipped to a hotel or resort?

Can I pick up my Elevated Craft order in person?
No, at this time we only ship orders directly to your door. We do not have local pick up options available.
