Why does my tracking show "pre-shipment"?Updated 20 days ago

‘Pre-shipment’ from USPS, ‘Pending’ from FedEx, and ‘Shipment ready for UPS’ from UPS has - unfortunately - become common statuses even after a package has been handed off to the courier. Often in these situations the package is moving through the system, but missed a scan... 

...so don't fret, you should still be getting your order.

In most cases, the tracking information will be updated within 72 hours, but if you do not see an update in the tracking or delivery status within 5 business days from the time you receive your shipment confirmation email, please reach out to us with your order number handy so we can look into the situation with you.
