My tracking hasn't been updated in a while. What are my options?Updated 2 months ago
Sometimes there can be delivery delays and the best thing to do is reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number. They'll be able to give you the most up-to-date information for your area and work with you to find a solution.
Please be sure to allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy shopping periods. Customs and shipping carriers may also require extra time to work on processing and delivering your order during peak seasons (holidays).
Please keep in mind that sometimes the carrier doesn't update tracking accordingly (or at least not as often as we'd like), or the package misses a scan or two on its journey to you. If your order hasn't had any tracking updates in over a week, please contact us with your order number handy so we can investigate with you.
