How fast are orders processed?Updated 8 days ago

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). This does not apply during the holiday season (Nov 1st - Jan 1st) where we may experience a slightly prolonged fulfillment window. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We use FedEx, DHL and USPS for most deliveries.  All deliveries are shipped with tracking numbers which are provided to you (via email) once the order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size and destination of the items in your order. 

All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Elevated Craft reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.
