If you are going out of town on a well-deserved vacation or braving that family reunion (we know who you are) and want to have your order shipped to you at the hotel or resort you'll be staying at, please first contact your hosts to confirm that they can receive packages on your behalf (and that you know how to enter in the shipping address correctly!). Please also be sure you allow for enough time for the package to reach you before you check out.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or misplaced when shipping to a hotel or resort address -- if the package status says “Delivered” and for whatever reason you were not able to receive it, the package will not be refunded or reshipped.
