I'm going on vacation. Can I have my order shipped to a hotel or resort?Updated 22 days ago

If you are going out of town on a well-deserved vacation or braving that family reunion (we know who you are!) and want to have your order shipped to where you'll be staying, please:

1. Contact your hosts to confirm that they can receive packages on your behalf.
2. Confirm that you know how to enter the shipping address correctly and completely.
3. Allow enough time for your order to reach you before you check out.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or misplaced when shipping to a hotel or resort address -- if the package status says “Delivered” and for whatever reason you were not able to receive it, the package will not be refunded or reshipped.
