How much can I expect to pay for customs/duties?Updated 21 days ago

Our prices do not include VAT, GST or other country taxes.

Our terms of sale for international orders are FOB destination. This means that you pay all duties or taxes in your country, if applicable. As we are shipping these products all over the world, it is impossible for us to build in the various duties, VAT and GST tax for each location.

If you would like to estimate your duties, you can use this online tool (remember to convert the U.S. dollars to your local currency): simplyduty.com/import-calculator/

For international customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive notice from your local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Once you make payment to the customs broker your order will be processed for final delivery.

Elevated Craft believes in honesty so we will not mark your order as a 'gift" or 'sample' to avoid you paying taxes/import fees.

Believe us when we say we do not receive any of the fees collected; 100% of those fees and determined by & go to your country’s import customs office. If you have questions (or strong opinions) about those charges, reach out to your country's import/customs office directly.

If delivery is refused and is returned to the sender, your order will be refunded less all shipping costs (to you as well as back to us) and any duties/taxes paid on your behalf. Please keep in mind that most carriers are not inclined to ship the order back to us quickly and your refund will be only processed when the package has been received and inspected.
