Shipping Rates for US Orders
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of the items in your order as well as the destination the order is being shipped to.
To calculate shipping rates to your address, put the item(s) you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and then enter in your billing/shipping address information at checkout.
General Info
Standard Shipping: Orders typically process and ship out within 1-3 business days (excluding US holidays) of placing the order. Orders are shipped via DHL (with USPS making final delivery), or via FedEx SmartPost.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $95 to addresses in the contiguous US (AKA: "The Lower-48")
Expedited Shipping: Orders must be placed by 1pm EST to go out that same business day. Any order placed after this time will be shipped next business day (if you place your order on Friday afternoon, it will not be shipped until Monday). Orders are shipped via FedEx.
A Few Extra Things To Know
- Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii may take up to two weeks to arrive.
- Most orders ship from our Fulfillment Center in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.
- All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Elevated Craft reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost to you.
- If shipping to a PO Box, you must choose Standard Shipping as our Expedited Shipping options cannot accommodate delivery to a PO Box.
- Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. Weather delays and other shipping congestion issues with carriers such as FedEx, DHL and USPS may also impact the delivery time.
- Once a parcel leaves our warehouse facility we cannot cancel the order or offer a refund if the delivery is delayed for reasons out of our control (weather, natural disasters, zombie apocalypses, etc...).
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
