Which Countries Do You Ship To?
To confirm if we are able to ship to your country, put the item(s) you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and then head to the checkout page. From there, enter in your shipping address to view available rates and options.
If we do not ship to your location, you can always have your order shipped to a freight-forwarder and have them ship to your final destination. Please be sure to have your account with the freight-forwarder set up prior to making any purchase.
Please note: Elevated Craft does not cover any additional costs for shipping items through freight-forwarder services. Any items lost or damaged in transit by the freight-forwarder would also not be covered by Elevated Craft.
Shipping Rates For International Orders
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of the items in your order as well as the destination the order is being shipped to.
To calculate shipping rates to your address, put the item(s) you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and then enter in your billing/shipping address information at checkout.
General Info
Standard Shipping: Orders typically process and ship out within 1-3 business days (excluding US holidays) of placing the order. Orders are shipped via DHL with delivery being made with the best available local courier.
Expedited Shipping: Orders must be placed by 1pm EST to go out that same business day. Any order placed after this time will be shipped next business day (if you place your order on Friday afternoon, it will not be shipped until Monday). Orders are shipped via FedEx.
A Few Extra Things To Know
- Our prices do not include VAT, GST or other country taxes.
- Our terms of sale for international orders are FOB destination. This means that you are responsible to pay all duties or taxes in your country, if applicable. - Most orders ship from our Fulfillment Center in the Atlanta, GA, USA metropolitan area.
- All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Elevated Craft reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost to you.
- Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. Weather delays and other shipping congestion issues with carriers may also impact the delivery time.
- Once a parcel leaves our warehouse facility we cannot cancel the order or offer a refund if the delivery is delayed for reasons out of our control (weather, natural disasters, zombie apocalypses, etc...).
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
