What happens if my order is returned to sender?Updated a month ago

If your order has been returned to Elevated Craft by the carrier, it's usually for one of the following reasons:

  • The delivery address was incomplete (example: misspelled or missing information)
  • The carrier was unable to access the address after several attempts.
  • The order was not collected from the pickup point after being delivered.
  • The package was refused. (For more information on refusing a delivery, head here.)

If your shipment was returned to us, please contact us so we can verify your address and arrange for a replacement order if so desired. Please note that we may not be able to reship your order if an item is out of stock.
