What happens if my order is returned to sender?Updated 8 days ago

If your order has been returned to Elevated Craft by the carrier, it's usually for one of the following reasons:

  • The delivery address was incomplete (example: misspelled or missing information)
  • The carrier was unable to access the address after several attempts.
  • The order was not collected from the pickup point after being delivered.
  • The package was refused. (For more information on refusing a delivery, head here.)

If your shipment was returned to us, please contact us (with your order number handy) so we can verify your address and arrange for a replacement order if so desired. Please note that we may not be able to reship your order if an item is out of stock.

Orders that are marked "return to sender" by the carrier will be refunded (less any shipping charges) back to the original form of payment once received at our fulfillment center.
