How do I modify/cancel an order?Updated 5 days ago
Our team moves fast to get your elevated items shipped out to you ASAP, so once you submit payment, we’re often unable to accommodate requests to cancel or make changes. Here’s what to expect:
If your order has not been fulfilled and you contact us during business hours, we’ll do our best to catch it in time. If we're able to cancel the order before it starts processing at our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
If your order has already been fulfilled, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. Once your package arrives, you’re welcome to start a return through our Return Portal.

A Few Extra Things To Know:
- Once a package is shipped or in the final stage of fulfillment, we are not able to make any changes to the order. This includes the delivery method and shipping address.
