If you forgot to apply a promo code at checkout that offers a discount on your order, please reach out to us providing both your order number and the promo code you'd like to use and we will retroactively apply the code to your order so you can enjoy those additional savings.

If you forgot to apply a promo code to include a free item in your order, we are unfortunately unable to add the item and apply the code as orders are immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing as soon as you complete payment.
