I received the refund notification email, but haven't received the refund on my cardUpdated 7 days ago

Once we have received your return and it has been inspected by our team, a refund notification email will be sent to alert you that the refund has been initiated by Elevated Craft. From the time the notification is sent, it typically takes between 3-5 business days for that refund to be processed by your financial institution and appear on your online statement.

If you have any questions about when the refund will post to your bank / credit card statement, please reach out to your financial institution directly for more information.
