If I return an order that was purchased using Shop Pay Installments, what happens to my refund?Updated 20 days ago

Your approved return will be refunded to your method of payment, which is Shop Pay Installments in partnership with Affirm. They will credit any payments you’ve already made to your account. 

If you still have payments remaining...

While your refund is pending, your remaining payments will still be processed via Shop Pay according to your automatic payment schedule. 

If your refund is less than your balance...

If you are only returning part of your order, your refund amount may be less than your total purchase balance. This may result in fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both. 

If your refund is more than your balance...

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
