My order is missing/taking longer than expected, what should I do?Updated a day ago

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes.

Please note: During the holiday season, we may have an extended fulfillment window due to a high influx of orders. That being said, our team is hustling to get all orders fulfilled as quickly as they can - thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Once your order has been processed and handed off the the shipping courier, they will be your primary source for updates and estimated delivery times. 

We highly recommend signing up for notifications through their provided tracking page, as that will allow you to stay informed about the progress of your order without you having to obsessively refresh the tracking page looking for updates about the location of your order.

It is important to keep in mind that carriers deal with a significant number of parcels (especially during the holidays), which may result in delays. 

If you haven’t received any tracking updates after 5 business days from the last scan, please reach out to us (with your order number handy) so that we can investigate the matter further with the courier on your behalf.
