My order is missing/taking longer than expected, what should I do?Updated a day ago

Once your order has been processed and handed off the the shipping courier, they will be your primary source for updates and estimated delivery times. 

We highly recommend signing up for notifications through the provided tracking page, as it will allow you to stay informed about the progress of your order without having to obsessively refreshing the tracking page for your order.

It is important to keep in mind that carriers deal with a significant number of parcels (especially during the holidays), which may result in delays. 

If you haven’t received any tracking updates within 5 business days after your order has been shipped, please reach out to us (with your order number handy) so that we can investigate the matter further with the courier on your behalf.
