Shipping Rates for US Orders:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $95 shipping to addresses in the contiguous US (AKA: "The Lower-48")

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of the items in your order as well as the destination the order is being shipped to.

To calculate shipping rates to your address, put the item(s) you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and then enter in your billing/shipping address information at checkout.

General Info on Shipping Services:

Standard shipping: The shipping timeline estimate begins after your order is fulfilled by our shipping department. Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and then the quoted time for shipping and delivery. Some orders may incur longer processing times. Orders are shipped via DHL (with USPS making final delivery), FedEx SmartPost, or Veho.

Once your package is on the way, most orders shipped via standard shipping arrive within 4-8 business days. Please note that carriers do NOT count weekend days (Saturdays & Sundays) in their quoted shipping estimates. There are no delivery time-frame guarantees by selecting standard shipping.

Expedited shipping: The shipping timeline estimate begins after your order is fulfilled by our shipping department. Please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment and then the quoted time for shipping and delivery. Some orders may incur longer processing times. Orders ship out via DHL (with USPS making final delivery), or FedEx.

Once your package is on the way, most orders shipped via expedited shipping arrive within 3-4 business days. Please note that carriers do NOT count weekend days (Saturdays & Sundays) in their quoted shipping estimates. There are no delivery time-frame guarantees by selecting expedited shipping.

Priority shipping: The shipping timeline estimate begins after your order is fulfilled by our shipping department. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to go out that same business day. Any order placed after that time will be processed & shipped the next business day (if you place your order on Friday afternoon, it will not be shipped until Monday). Orders are shipped via FedEx.

Once your package is on the way, orders shipped via priority shipping arrive within 2-3 business days. Please note that carriers do NOT count weekend days (Saturdays & Sundays) in their quoted shipping estimates.

Ordering For The (2026) Holidays:

For your best chance of delivery before Friday, December 26th, 2026, the following dates should be kept in mind when placing your order:

Only Priority Shipping offers guaranteed delivery dates. Standard & Expedited Shipping do not offer guaranteed delivery dates - these dates simply offer your best chance to receive the order before December 25th.

A Few Extra Things To Know:

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. military addresses and other U.S. outer lying islands may experience a lack of tracking updates until the package arrives to your state/island/military base. When it does, the tracking will update and have more details regarding an estimated delivery date. These tracking delays are very common due to the shipment destination and should not affect your package's overall delivery. 
• Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. military address provide no delivery time-frame guarantees, though orders typically arrive within 5-15 business days. Please note that carriers do NOT count weekend days (Saturdays & Sundays) in their quoted shipping estimates.
  
  
• Most orders ship from our Fulfillment Center in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area, therefore orders shipping to the west coast of the U.S. typically take a few extra days to reach its destination.
  
  
• All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Elevated Craft reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost to you.
• If shipping to a PO Box, you must choose Standard Shipping as our Expedited & Priority Shipping methods cannot accommodate delivery to a PO Box.
• Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. Weather delays and other shipping congestion issues with carriers such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, and Veho may also impact the delivery time.
• Once a tracking number has been assigned to your order, we cannot edit/cancel the order or offer a refund if the delivery is delayed for reasons out of our control (weather, natural disasters, zombie apocalypses, etc...). 

• A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
