We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us and let us know the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions for how and where to send your package. We cannot refund any shipping fees that may have applied to your original order.
For US-based customers, we'll send you a return label (via email) you can use for the return. Please be advised that Elevated Craft is not responsible for providing a physical return label: the customer must print the provided label.
International customers are ineligible to receive free return label. A return label with tracking must be provided from customers returning orders from outside of the US.
If returning part of a bundle or collection, the other products in the collection will not be discounted and the refund of returned products will be priced outside of collection pricing.
All returns must be from verified ElevatedCraft.com orders. Elevated Craft does not offer returns on items purchased outside of ElevatedCraft.com.
Custom engraved products cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
