What is your return/exchange policy?Updated 15 days ago

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: new, unused, and in original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return by following the instructions below will not be accepted. 

In an effort to reduce landfill waste, we do not provide a return label in your shipment, but we’ve made it simple to request your return/exchange online!


Returns:

US Customers: To start a return, head to our Return Portal where we'll ask you a few questions and then provide you with a free USPS return label that you can print or you can download a free USPS QR code that you can bring to your local post office when you drop off your return. 

Once your return arrives at our return center, we'll inspect the item(s) and issue the appropriate refund. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days after the order has been received. We will follow up with you via email confirming your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

International Customers: To start a return, head to our Return Portal where we'll ask you a few questions. Once we've reviewed your return request, we’ll send you instructions for where to send your package. International customers are ineligible to receive a free return label. A return label with tracking must be provided by customers returning orders from outside of the US. 

Once your return arrives at our return center, we'll inspect the item(s) and issue the appropriate refund. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days after the order has been received. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. We will follow up with you via email confirming your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a refund (following the instructions above) and place a new order on ElevatedCraft.com for the item(s) you wish to purchase.

A Few Extra Things To Know:

  • Non-Elevated Craft Items: Be sure to only send Elevated Craft Products - we are not responsible for returning any item(s) sent in error back to you, and any non-Elevated Craft items will be disposed of.
  • Pack Your Return Carefully: Please be sure you securely pack every item being returned. Items damaged in return transit are not eligible for refund.  Please use original shipment packaging if available. Additional return materials and packaging are not provided by Elevated Craft.
  • Ineligible Items: Custom engraved orders & warranty claim orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • Drop-Off Receipts: We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt for peace of mind. If there is any issue with your return label or shipping, our team will work with you to sort things out.
  • Verified Elevated Craft Orders: All returns must be for verified ElevatedCraft.com orders. If you purchased any of our items through a different source, their return policy applies - please contact them directly for more information.
  • Returning Items In A Bundle: If returning part of a bundle or collection, the other products in the collection will not be discounted and the refund of returned products will be priced outside of collection pricing.
  • AfterSell Add-Ons: If after completing your order you opted in to purchase additional items through the AfterSell offer and return a similar full price item, the cost of the discounted item will be refunded first.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. Returns over $300 may require an ID check. If an ID is not provided, or is provided and does not match the original name on the order the return may be refused. All returns must be received at our warehouse and verified by an Elevated Craft team member before a refund will be issued. We are not liable for returns that do not reach our warehouse for any reason, including but not limited to; lost mail, redirected mail or damaged mail.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the electronic withdrawal form linked in our website footer or contact us at [email protected] with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. If you use the electronic withdrawal form, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and order number, and you will receive an automatic confirmation email after submission.

If you validly withdraw from your purchase within the applicable withdrawal period, we will refund the payments we received from you for the goods subject to the withdrawal, including standard delivery costs where required by applicable law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Custom engraved, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or withdrawal except where required by applicable law.

This EU right of withdrawal is separate from any voluntary return, refund, warranty, or replacement policy we may offer.
