What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?Updated 2 days ago

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them: new, unused, and in original packaging. 

Returns:

US Customers: To start a return, head to our Return Portal where we'll ask you a few questions and then provide you with a free USPS return label that you can print or you can download a free USPS QR code that you can bring to your local post office when you drop off your return. 

Once your return arrives at our return center, we'll inspect the item(s) and issue the appropriate refund. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days after the order has been received. We will follow up with you via email confirming your refund.

International Customers: To start a return, please contact us and let us know the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions for how and where to send your package. International customers are ineligible to receive a free return label. A return label with tracking must be provided by customers returning orders from outside of the US.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a refund (following the instructions above) and place a new order on ElevatedCraft.com for the item(s) you wish to purchase.

A Few Extra Things To Know

  • Non-Elevated Craft Items: Be sure to only send Elevated Craft Products - we are not responsible for returning any item(s) sent in error back to you, and any non-Elevated Craft items will be disposed of.
  • Pack Your Return Carefully: Please be sure you securely pack every item being returned. Items damaged in return transit are not eligible for refund.  Please use original shipment packaging if available.
  • Ineligible Items: Custom engraved orders & warranty claim orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • Drop-Off Receipts: We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt for peace of mind. If there is any issue with your return label or shipping, our team will work with you to sort things out.
  • Verified Elevated Craft Orders: All returns must be for verified ElevatedCraft.com orders. If you purchased any of our items through a different source, please contact them directly.
  • Returning Items In A Bundle: If returning part of a bundle or collection, the other products in the collection will not be discounted and the refund of returned products will be priced outside of collection pricing.
