You should receive two emails from us: the first confirming your order (sent immediately after successful completion of your order) and the second once your package ships (providing tracking details).
If you used a payment service such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Shop Pay, the confirmation may have been sent to the email address attached to your payment account.
Not there? Make sure to check your spam / junk / promotions / social folders, making sure to search for "Elevated Craft".
Still nothing? That usually means you entered your email address in incorrectly (don't worry, those things happen).
