When returning an item purchased from Elevated Craft, returns typically take between 1-2 weeks to arrive at our HQ.

Once received, most refunds are processed within 5 business days of the order being returned to us.

We will notify you (via email) once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
