Upon successful completion of your order, order details will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout which includes your order number (A six-digit number beginning with a 1).

Please be sure to check your spam/junk/promotions folder in case it is filtered there.

Example:

Shopify provides you with a confirmation number on the "thank you" checkout screen (after successful completion of your order), which is different from your order number.

When inquiring about your order, please be sure to provide the order number and not the confirmation number.
