We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

• Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit. Items damaged in return shipping are not eligible for refund.

• You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.

• Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your return receipt or original order number. Please DO NOT write your order number directly on the product; this may disqualify you from receiving your refund.

• Securely attach your return label to the package. US customers will receive a prepaid shipping label once you submit your return.

• Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return receipt inside the box (do NOT write directly on the product). We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
